FAQ for Apparels.

1. Is Les Deux a registered company? Do you have your own shop?

As a matter of fact, yes, we are a registered company. You can see our company registration number on our blog header. Our Company Registrastion Number is 001909671 - X. No, we
don't have our own shop....yet. We're operating through online only for now.

2. Do you sell girls' apparels only?


Currently, we sell girls' stuff only but fret not, we sell guys' clothing too. There are certain t-shirt designs that's for guys.

3. Do you make custom design t-shirts?


As a matter of fact, yes we do but since we have limited stock, contact us and we shall discuss more about this.

4. Will there be any discounts if we buy a lot of stuff altogether?

Sorry, there won't be any discount. It's all fixed price.

5. Would you hold an item for me?


Sorry, we don't hold items. It's a first come, first serve basis.

6. What is the payment method that you accept when we do the shopping online?


We accept two kinds of payment which it will be via bank transfer and cash in deposit. For both transaction, we accept through Maybank only. We don't accept from any other bank as yet.

7. Some of the item price is MYR25, how are we going to deposit the money? Are you gonna give us back the balance if we pay more and how are you gonna pay us back?


Yes, we do realise that. So, let's say that one of the stuff that you buy costs you MYR25. So, to make it easier, just cash in MYR30 to rounded it up. The balance money of MYR5, we will give back the balance via post alongside with the item that you had bought.

8. PosLaju is quite pricey. Can you ship it through registered post instead?

Yes, we do understand that PosLaju is quite pricey than registered post. PosLaju is better because you'll be getting the item that you have bought fast and it will be guaranteed that
you get it on time (as long as you get your address right). Therefore, we don't ship through registered post.

9. I bought a lot of items from you, will it be the same rate of MYR7 (Peninsular Malaysia) and MYR9 (Sabah&Sarawak)?

It depends on the weight. So, let's say that you bought a lot of items, it won't be the minimum payment of MYR7 (Peninsular Malaysia) and MYR9 (Sabah&Sarawak) anymore, it will be
more than that. For the exact amount, let us know and we will calculate it for you.

10. So, let's say I bought one item only, will it be less than MYR7 (Peninsular Malaysia) and MYR9 (Sabah&Sarawak)?

No, it will be the standard price of MYR7 (Peninsular Malaysia) and MYR9 (Sabah&Sarawak) even though you only bought one item.

11. Is there a requirement period of time that I have to pay after I request an item?


Yes. After you have request an item that you want to buy and one of us reply your request with the Maybank account number, you have to make the payment within 48 hours of your request. If you fail to do so, there won't be any holdings and we will release back your item to do the website for selling.

12. So, I just paid, what should I do after that?


Alright, we would like to strongly advice the customer that to confirm your payment, if you made your payment through maybank2u.com, please fill in our e-mail address :
lesdeuxclothing@gmail.com as the recipient email so we would know that you have made the payment. By those who made the payment via cash deposit, please let us know the time and
date you made the cash-in deposit and sms us after that. Please keep the receipt to confirm you have made the payment.

13. How long should I wait until I got my stuff that I bought after I made the payment?


It won't be long. After you made the payment, give us the next working day to send it to you and we ship via PosLaju, it will only take one day to reach to you or two days for certain places. If you want to know how long will it take to reach to our place, just give us a shoutout, we will let you know.

14. My item got lost in the mail. Will you refund that?


We won't be held responsible if your items got lost in the mail. It's very important that you provide us with your valid address before we start shipping them to you. Sorry, there won't be
any refund for this as well.

15. I have bought one of your item, I would like to replace it. And would there be any refund?


Once you have paid for the item, there won't be any replacement and there won't be any refund. All the items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable except for cameras.

16. Why is the color a bit different when I got your item than what I saw on the website?


That my friend, would be because due to lighting, the color might differ. We will try to capture the picture as close as the item.

17. In that case, would you take more picture of the item that I intend to buy?


We have provide you as details as possible through the pictures that we have taken. Sorry, we won't take any more picture for you. The one that we have will explain enough for you.

FAQ for Cameras / Films.


1. I've got my eyes on something. How to order these lovely babies?


To order cameras / films, it's the same method as how you want to order our apparels line. Include your name, address, contact number and tell us which camera / film you want to
order to our e-mail or text message us and we will include your name on our trip which we call our batch.

2. So, how this batch works?

Once we have your order, we will include your name on our batch. Our batch opens for two weeks starts from Monday until Saturday the week after. Once the batch is close, we will start ordering the items you want to order.

3. When we can order the items?

You can order the item as long as our batch is open for orders. Let's say you order after the batch is closed, we will transfer your order to our next batch.

4. Do you have the specific timeline that we have to pay for our orders?


Yes, you have to pay us within the timeline of the batch. Once the batch is closed and that you didn't pay yet, we will transfer your order to our next batch.

5. I ordered a lot of items from you, will it be the same rate of MYR8 (Peninsular Malaysia) and MYR10 (Sabah&Sarawak)?

Once the batch is closed, we will start ordering your item from LomographyAsia.com. Once we got our items shipped from LomographyAsia.com, we will inform you via text message and we will ship those items to you on the same day that we got your items. By the next day, you got your orders at your doorstep.
